Have any first born children? Spare kidney?

=)

Depends on how much you want it. I'd open at $15k and have a wad of cash in hand. You'd be surprised at how well that works.

haha. I want it alot but i am willing to be patient for a good deal. I love impact orange though. They said 26k but i was thinking about offering 24k. I dont know if that is to much though or not.

You are looking at it all wrong. Who cares how much you pay for it because we do not care how cheap you are. You are buying a luxury item and luxury items cost money and this one is no different. The price you pay has no bearing on how your feeling will be felt by others after you take it home, nobody cares.

If you want it, offer the man an amount you are willing to pay and he will respond back deal or no deal. If it is no deal, then he will wait a bit longer until someone meets his number and you will continue your quest.

I don’t know what your uses and purposes are for the rig. LJ’s are a premium Jeep (The Premium Jeep). Only made from ‘04-06. It’s got some nice parts on it (the GR stuff and the TR beadlocks). Some of the other stuff like long arms wouldn’t be how I built it, but that might be your thing. Low miles, if you like a manual the ‘06 6-speed has less problems than the ‘05. What gears does it have in the differentials? You’d want at least 4.88’s and 5.13’s would be good. If he’s asking $26k he wants at least $24k. It’s up to you. Hard to say. I think maybe worth $20k, but hey, I’m not you, and I’d rather buy one stock for $12k and build it myself. If it’s stock gears you can bargain with that because it needs deeper gears. 🙂

Good point and true. I guess i just wanted to make sure that i am not over paying by alot. I

thank you i will ask about the gears! i honestly dont plan on doing any heavy rock crawling or anything. mostly cruising around and some light off roading. Im a big fan of impact orange and the LJs with big tires but maybe i should try to find a jeep closer to stock.

It would be worth 26k (to some) if it was still stock.
He's trying to get some of his modification money back.
The problem with that is what if you decide you want to do it differently.
Now you're paying twice.

If you buy it, what do want for the half doors? ;)

Stock looks tiny, so if it’s built like you want it then get it. That’s a lot of Jeep for cruisin’ around. But if you’re not into building them like most of us are, then you’ve got a golden ticket. Most are not built that well. Impact Orange is also pretty hard to come by. It cost more than $26k to build that Jeep.

Insecurity has never been a good look.

If you took a stock truck and built it the way you wanted it, and it ended up looking like this...how much is it worth to you for a ready to roll vehicle. How many hours of research, searching for parts, wrenching, bandages, and beer are you saving by having it complete upon arrival. This surely has value.

Nobody can tell you what their value of this jeep is to you. Only you can figure that out for yourself.

I think if you show up with 24K you'll be driving it home, He definitely priced it so he has some wiggle room. If he says NO he's just fishing and not interested in really letting it go. Just my opinion .

He is correct, and if you don’t do it pretty quick somebody else will.

I found an LJ Rubicon that I really wanted- And I paid what It took to get it because it was worth more to me than the money.

That genright armor reduces the value significantly for me. Wouldn't want a rig with tons of holes drilled through the sheet metal. I'd say closer to $22,000 given the mileage, hardtop, and irreversible damage to the body from armor installation.

Are you saying you don’t want armor in general or specifically the Genright version?
