Is that in 5th gear at 75mph to determine what gears you have?

I either butchered my question, or am completely lost, either way, help a guy out

That is the final drive gear. The goal is to use the entire transmission.

Thanks I ask because I have a 06 with the 6speed. I am not sure of the hearing from the previous owner, but get into 6th pretty regularly. No real struggles in 5th, unless it’s a really steep incline. I’ve read how to determine the gears but really need to jack it up and count revolutions.

Yup. I’ll check it out, I have tried to do the RPM thing, but I’m not sure If I was in 6th or not. Thanks for your help, still learning something everyday in the Jeep world!
