I have a 2005 TJ Unlimited that suddenly decided not to cooperate. While getting some maintenance things done (new brakes, valve cover gasket, etc.), she decided to quit cranking when turning the key. I initially thought PCM, but when the key is in the ON position, the gauges still respond normally and the correct mileage shows. Through some troubleshooting, we were able to determine that the PCM is not getting power from the ignition switch. Everything else checks out ok, and when we jump the ignition switch to PCM power wire, everything runs perfectly. Any thoughts? Is that wire fused anywhere along the way? Any help or advice is appreciated!
