I'm installing KC Hilites Fogs to my 2006 SE. I bought it used, and don't believe fog lights to have ever been installed. There are plugs/receptacles under each fender for fog lights. Can I assume the factory wiring extends all the way to the column/switch? The current multifunction swich does NOT have a fog light switch so I have ordered an OEM upgrade. I have also purchased a relay and 20amp fuse. Just want to make sure I have everything I need before starting this project.

Sounds like you have the factory fog light wiring then. You likely need the MFS, relay, and I think that's about it.
Once you get the circuit working, you can wire the KCs into it. That's what I did with my KCs on my factory fog light circuit.

The mfs fog is activated by pulling out on the lever when the lights are on dim , just FYI. It’s essentially concealed. Not saying you have that feature, but if you do, it’s activated that way.
You have the OEM fog light harness installed already; installing the MFS, relay and fuse will provide power to the connectors under each fender. What is the wattage rating of the KC Hilite Fogs that you are planning to install and are they LED or Halogen?
IF the fog lights are LEDs then the factory wiring will handle the amp draw, but if they are Halogen... ; the OEM wiring harness will not handle more than 150W total.
Fogs are 55 watt each. I’m converting headlights to Led “ to make room” for the fogs. Do you know what wattage the factory fogs pulled?
Not to highjack, but I just installed these same fog lights. When I bought the Jeep last year, I had a fog light rocker switch in the console and factory (I believe) wiring to the bumper light mounts. I tested continuity and wired them up. However, upon use, I now am finding that in order for the fog lights to work, the rocker switch needs to be on AND the headlight switch needs to be turned all the way CW and 'clicked' (or CCW, can't remember) as if you want to turn on the dome light and make the interior cluster lights brightest. Is this the correct way to operate fogs or has the PO messed something up? If so, why the 2-switch method? It should be noted that the sound bar is aftermarket and the dome light is not factory (does NOT turn on/off with by rotating headlight switch all the way). 
The previous owner connected the fog light power wire to the wrong wiring that powers the interior lights. It should have been connected to a constant on source of 12 volts. Have someone who understands automotive wiring move the power wire for the fog lights to a fused source of non-switched (always on) 12 volts.
