just getting finished up with my wj knuckle swap into my hp30 in my tj. was getting to the last few things like hooking up break lines. I don't seam to be getting the proper seal at the caliper with my extended tj break lines. used all new banjo bolts and washers. starting to think the break line isn't made to fit the akimbo style caliper. can anyone confirm that it should or shouldn't fit (seal)?

New Copper washers top and bottom of the Banjo bolt? Be sure there is no crap on the caliper and the inner head of the bolt, and there isn't a taper on the bolt head conflicting with the copper washer inner radius. Then all (should) seal easily.
Which new copper washers did you use? The ones that came with the lines? Depending on which lines you get, some on here have reported that the washers were too thin. This was remedied by getting thicker copper washers. I cannot recall the specified thickness, however.
