Jeep Wrangler TJ won't start? Read this!

At this point I have gone through these steps a couple of times now and I'm still having issues. I am getting a voltage drop when I connect the ground from the battery to the block. I have tested the wire separately and It is good. I have also tested it to the wire harness ground off the block and its good. But as soon as attach it to the block I get a voltage drop. I have replaced the starter and the battery multiple times and have tested both of them without issues. I have also switched fuses and relays to no avail.

Any ideas?

Can you provide more details on the specifics of what your original issue was?

The day I brought my (19 year old) TJ home I went to start it. No joy. I checked all the usual things; Battery, fine. Starter wire connections, good. I took my trusty voltmeter under the car had my wife turn the key. No power getting to the starter.

Turns out it was a blown fuse.
