Knocking when foot off the throttle

One more question, does it run smooth and normal or does it run rough?

While I’m driving it Will sputter a little bit but it works itself out

Could the timing chain knock like that though?

With out actually hearing yours it's hard to say. You can search videos for reference since you know what yours sounds like.
