Jeep Wrangler PCM and module repair and replacement

Got any suggestions for a place for a shakedown run that isn't too far? Hoping to get out 16/17 to make sure my shit doesn't fall apart before TJ Fest. Normally I'd go to Rampart Range but I don't think it's open yet
 
Slaughterhouse Gulch over near Conifer. Super short, though I dont remember it being difficult. Its been a number of years since I've ran it (5 maybe?). There might be a seasonal closure for wildlife though so definitely double check.

According to alltrails. Otherwise good idea... it was a lot easier than I expected when I went last year

My memory was that it was a dirt road with a lot of mall crawlers on it.

You did well last year. I'm excited to see how much better it is this time. But yes, I'd rather not do any dragging you around if possible.

Then again, I did the Rubicon last year then loaded it on the trailer and put it directly in storage until last weekend. This weekend I start fixing what I can for Moab.

McClellan Mountain above Georgetown has a few rockier sections. Especially on the low road along the creek.

They definitely weren't major at all. Just a few rocks lol by obstacle I mean "not a forest road section" only

Yeah I definitely don't want to be a damper on anyone else's vacation. I'm fairly confident with what I've done but it'd be nice to really be sure. At least with the skids I should be way less likely to break shit lol. And thanks! Yeah I'm really excited to see what it can do now. I've done a pretty good amount of work since last year

Is there much you need to get fixed? Time's a tickin. I have a list to work through and it's going to be tight I probably won't make it to seat heaters in time 😥
 
Bill Moore Lake seems like a good option I'm going to plan for that. I'm trying to go with my buddy that bought this lifted 93 4runner, he hasn't taken it out offroad yet

Biggest one is checking for air locker leaks. My pump was running too much last year. Other than that I need to figure out how my radios work on privacy codes and I am planning to put the spare tire in the bed to get it off the back which means I may run a lighter rear bumper too.
