Let's work out a deal. I can get a hard top all day, every day for 800 bucks. If I were to dig and be patient, probably get a nice one for 500.

I've joked about doing the same swap down south. Haul a load of hardtops south, and bring a load of frames back!

Not sure what that means..I have bought and still buy wranglers from all over the PNW and the only times I run into rust is when the jeep has been transplanted here...it may rain alot but we don't rust here

My God it’s only $3500. How could you go wrong if it’s truly rust free. Once I got it running the first thing I would do is get rid of the 35s.

Sounds like a good donor for an engine swap. Either a VW diesel or a nice little V8...

In my neck of the woods, if it were listed at less than $5k you wouldn't even find the listing before it was gone. You can sell the 35's & get 31's for an even swap...I just traded like new 31's for like new 33's basically straight across. Then if you like the 2.5L you're golden, or else swap in whatever you want and you have a great TJ for well under market price. I would absolutely buy it.
