Fronts are 60mm which is too much surface area for that master. You'll have to try a Dorman M630162 which is 1 1/8" bore and hope you have enough booster. The rear calipers are exactly twice as big as they should be so you may have to get creative to stop rear lock up in 2 wheel drive.
I can help you figure out a larger vacuum booster if you are running an auto. If you are running a manual, you're likely going to work on getting a hydroboost installed if you need more volume into the fronts to keep the pedal off of the floor. You'll have plenty of pressure with the smaller master you have now, it will just be uncomfortably close to the floor to achieve lock up.
Looking good. Should be driving soon.
Bad ass, Dude, bad ass.
While we’ve been finishing up, I dropped my trailer at another buddies house who has a plasma table. He’s building me some drive over fenders. Should be done today.
Really ready for some seat time.

It is in my world. I don't want to have to modify something to make it work, I just want it to bolt in like normal and not deal with adapters or different thread tube nuts and reflaring.@mrblaine
I want to upgrade the master. I can deal with it, but it freaks my wife out with the low pedal even if it does lock the tires.
Is the Dorman M630162 my best bet for a bolt in a bleed solution?
Up to you. I get them on Amazon from time to time, Rock Auto at other times.Seem to be on back order, but fits 02-03 Durango. If that's the case I can just grab another brand.
Just wanted to check with you before I get started.

@mrblaine Seems like that part number is obsolete. Can’t find it anyplace. Do you have an alternate that is 1 1/8” bore? Looking ok Rock Auto some show 15/16” some 1 1/8 in the same application.
