Looking for help identifying sound from front axle area

Just an update. I've been working in stages on this project for the last week, a couple hours at a time when I could fit it in after work.

Sunday I pulled the wheel hubs and axles out without too much trouble.

The passenger side wheel hub was noticeably more rough to rotate, driver side was probably fine.

Here's a video of that lower passenger side ball joint, don't think it's supposed to have that play...

On Tuesday I decided to tackle the u joints in the front axles. This job kicked my butt. I thought it would be easy because I'd done my driveshaft u joints recently, but I quickly realized that I need to invest in a vice. It was extremely difficult to hold things still between the press, and the axle and the joint all wanting to move. Anyway, those are done and ready to go back in. I'll be on the lookout for a vice tho.

Plan for this weekend is to hopefully get the ball joints pressed out/in.

My wife was away today with girlfriends which was perfect timing.

I got the ball joints pressed out without much fuss. Getting the new ones installed went fairly smoothly as well. I just took my time making sure I got the ball joints lined up well before pressing them in. Painted the upper ball joints to avoid rust.

I was hoping to get the knuckles back on, axles back in and the new hubs in today. I had good success on the driver side, here she is:

Unfortunately I found when I got to installing the hub on the passenger side, it was not the correct hub, looks like it is maybe a 30 spline hub? So I had to order another off Amazon that should be here tomorrow. It was rattling around on my axle shaft.

Picture of the offending unit:

I googled 35400 and saw an alloy usa not a timken? Anyway it's going back to the sender.

That's a bummer, but the rest is looking good!
