Looking for input on 2” lift options

As far as the shocks go, for a 2" lift I'd get the shocks rated for the 0-2" lift. With my OME light springs that gave me a true 2" lift those shocks were an almost perfect 50/50 split in up/down travel. If you are going for a 3" lift with a true 3" gain you will be getting more up (1" more) than down from the same shock. Determine your bumpstops to determine if that is still best for you or if going to their 2-4" length might be better to give you max down travel while not limiting up.
The shocks are easy to find and you might want to wait until the very end when you have cycled the suspension to determine the best fit.

This is all based on getting the Rancho 5000x shocks.

OME, Procomp, or BDS springs, Rancho RS5000X shocks. You'll want a track bar relocation bracket for the rear TB to center the axle after the lift.
https://www.quadratec.com/products/16090_1142.htmThe front you could get away with the stock TB, but if you are OCD, you'll want an adjustable front TB to center the axle. These coil spacers will help level the jeep's rake.

This front track bar requires no other modifications,

So I have all of this.. the OME rear relocation bracket looks like it wont fit right. There is not enough space on the top to drill out the holes. Thoughts on this? The Rough Country relocation or another make that uses the holes for the dust cover might work better...thoughts...got the TJ up on stands because I'm on hold for this part. Thought?

You should only need to drill one hole. You'll need to droop that side of the axle as much as you can to have enough clearance to get a drill in there.

I went with Rancho 2.5" lift and Rancho 5000x... running with 32" K02's ... been super happy with it so far.

I would not have a clue which ones to get. Are there any Amazon link you could provide me? No rush.
thanks

All the suggestions above are perfect...my input would be to anyone looking to save a few hundred on the CV/SYE combo you can just drop the transfer case with a kit like the below and its much easier to install and much cheaper if you are not needing max clearance under the center of your rig...done this many times with no issues.

Definitely do a single bar on each side kit and not all the individual washers because those can get loose or move around over time...

Hey guys, I have ordered my springs (OME) and shocks (Rancho) for a 2” lift on my 2003 Jeep rubicon. This will remove the 4” spacers from that p.o installed. He also installed 3” springs at one point,,,
Now I need to ask about the rear track bar that is in the link. Base on the information that I have read is that I will need this TB (ogs151) and a relocating bracket.
Is this correct for this Tj? Or will just this Tb due.
Thank you.

This is helpful. Spacers say they don’t fit my 2005. True, not true? I’m an idiot so can you explain the need for track bar adjustment
I wrapped it all up. I put adjustable track bars on front and back. I forgot to install the spacers. How much will I regret this? Not wanting to crack it all open again

Hello Chris. Do you have any pictures of TJs with a 2” and a 3” lift? Not sure what each looks like and deciding between the two. Also do you have the Amazon links for The 3” springs and 3” Rancho RS5000x Shocks?

If you do a search you’ll find tons of threads with pictures of this setup 👍
