I've tried to keep my head in the sand for 3 years, but finally had a control arm bracket that the bushing fit was sloppy morph into a new UCF bracket , and I had a little drama there and found out a Currie Johnny joint was a different animal, the housing could be welded to the bracket, and the design had rotational movement built in, it wasn't designed based on rubber flex like a clevite.

Impressive.

Based on what you guys have experienced, are there certain control arm joints these typically fit , or will they fit across the board if your control arm diameter is the same as the housing ?

Thanks , trying to improve what I have and get an upgrade path vs. starting over. Right now I'm after the upper right front , and wonder if it also fits the stock differential side control arm bushing housing.

You Pal,

Thanks sir, you sewed that one up. I like how you strengthened the mount also.

Is there any appreciable difference in 7/16 vs 1/2 versions for the average weekend warrior like me ? A warrior who will probably never see combat.

Stock is 10 mm. Anything that size or larger is fine.
