Hello,

I am a Jeep newbie, recently acquiring a 2002 TJ. In the past, I have had other cool 4x4’s, such as a Toyota FJ60, a classic Bronco, and a solid front axle Toyota 4x4 pickup. But this is my first Jeep.

Our Jeep is the bare bones “SE” with a soft-top, half doors, 2.5L and automatic transmission, and it runs great! It is pretty much stock, and I plan to keep it that way. We love driving it with the soft windows removed. The only upgrades I have planned are to buy a Rain Gear cover so we can leave the windows removed, and some lockable storage. This site has been great, already providing me with a wealth of information doing the routine maintenance on the Jeep.
