Certainly not a noob to vehicle work, just my first TJ. I had it up on the lift, wheels on the ramps, should I be able to twist these 2 steering, suspension cross bars? I am able to rotate these bars with relatively little strength, they are mot loose, it takes both hands? the tie rods certainty rotate, they don't lift out of the socket though.
