Novak shifter cable / NV241

You haven't been paying attention. 😉

The best you are going to get are the thoughts from the designer of the original product line.

hahaha uh oh. maybe I spoke too soon. Regardless, my sentiment still applies even if the details of my statement may be inaccurate regarding something I'm blissfully unaware of ;)

Savvy is under new ownership, and the new designs aren’t on par with the earlier designs.

Do you still have to drill out holes in the body to fit your adapter? Or have you resolved that?
They fixed it. Or at least they were fixed on the later versions I've installed for folks who brought them to me.

And to clarify my rancor over the chinesium bullshit. Savvy has ever only used two cable suppliers, both are onshore and one in particular is right here in SoCal. All of the sheetmetal work, welding, powdercoat, and similar has also been done here in SoCal. The only parts I can't prove are onshore is some hardware and I don't know that anyone can do that nowadays. The machine shop that makes a lot of the bits is also here in SoCal.

The only reason to laugh at the chinesium, is if you were a bigot somehow and picking on Gerald for being of Chinese descent, so there is that.

Hello all, Dustin here. We did address the concerns about having to drill into your tub. That problem has been resolved on all current and future stock. It was resolved a number of years ago in fact so it's surprising that it's still being brought up. We appreciate the feedback and continued support from our valued customers!

Update: To give some detail, there were changes and inconsistencies in the body tubs through the years. This is common with a long run of a design as well as design and manufacturing tolerance margins. To address the issues we made some changes to our design as well as the supplied hardware that comes with our kits. We haven't received any complaints from customers about the product since the changes were made.
