Original owner here...ordered my '03 Rubi in mid-Oct '02, took delivery four weeks later with 3 miles on the odometer
Original owner. Took delivery from the dealership on 10 Jan 1998. I would need to surf the paperwork to find the mileage at delivery.
Original owner of my 2001. Purchased it in April 2001 with 17 miles on it. I told the dealer I was looking for 6 cylinder, full doors, canyon wheels and Dana 44 which truthfully I had no clue about. The dealer talked me out of the 44 because they didn’t have one on the lot and I am still kicking myself for caving in that. But it’s been a great reliable vehicle so no complaints really.
3rd owner with 112K miles and I paid almost as much as OO paid new. MSRP was 28.5 and I paid 22.5 Although I paid in 2021 $$. I could not afford one in 05.
First owner here not counting my dad that co-signed. 2000 black Sahara still have the window sticker and original manual.
Technically I am second owner but my dad order it in 1996. Delivered in September 1997. I have driven since it was new. Once I was done with college my dad signed the title over. It has 150,000 mile. My nine year old has claimed that it will be his Jeep when he is 16.
I ordered my 2000 TJ after annoying the dealership for months. Took delivery in Feb 2000, with 16 miles on the odo. 204K now. Original 4.0 engine, 3550 tranny and TC. The Dana 44 rear was embargoed when I placed the order, but finally got it put in about 10 years ago. Gonna be buried in it.
2003 SE First owner, bought it New in April 04. 42 miles on the clock.

First owner of my 2000. IIRC the seats still had plastic wrapping on them when I walked up to it on the lot.
As much as you may want to, Get him his own. Yours is heirloom status at this point and doesn’t deserve a high school parking lot.
In-laws bought ours brand new in '03. less than 43k miles on this garage cherry.

I bought some raffle tickets in Oct. 2003 from Cal4Wheel. Fast forward to Feb.2004, Cal4Wheel Convention.
Got a call that I won it and took possession of it 4 days later. 19 miles and full of donated prizes.
