You can always get a aluminum sleeve to clamp around the driveshaft so you could try the balancer. But that’s a lot of work just to find out it’s not the problem. If it were me, I would ensure T case is completely happy and bearing are good.

I think there are enough people close enough to you that are willing to help...I'd start trying a component swap. One thing at a time, see if you can isolate the problem. Swap Tcase, drive. Did Vibes get better or worse? Swap T-cases back. Now Swap R driveshaft. Again, drive, and note if vibes are better or worse. Keep going until you find out what is causing it, then you know what to focus on to fix it.
I'm going to start with the rear drive shaft. @Indy made a good point after talking to him. When I had the rear on jack stands and ran it up to speed, I wasn't putting any load on the rear end and still got bad vibes, so I'm kind of leaning to the DS at this point, but like you said, I'll do one thing at a time until I can isolate it. I put a call in to Adams DS's, and he is emailing me a shipping label. I'm going to pull the rear shaft and send it to them for diagnosis.
Rear drive shaft is on its way to Adams for diagnosis. They should have it Friday. Tonight's drive home should be interesting in my FWD Jeep.
I keep thinking its something in the diff. But I've been thinking this for years, and now it sounds exacerbated. You could crack it and take a look while the DS is getting checked out. Do you or someone around there have a Backlash Indicator?
I do not. If they tell me nothing is wrong with the DS, my next step will be to pull the ring/pinion/carrier, stab the axles back in to keep from leaking, put the rear drive shaft back on, put it on jack stands and run the pinion shaft up to speed. This will eliminate the t-case, rear DS, and pinion shaft/bearings if I get no vibes. Obviously I won't run it that way for very long. Vibes kick in at 50mph, so it won't take long to find out. This way I can narrow it down to either the carrier, or the axle shafts as the culprit. If I can narrow it down to the carrier as the problem then at least I have a place to end this nightmare.

Still a little squirrely on tight turns. Find myself coasting into and out of them.
when you did your regear did you have to get new carriers?
Edit: unless you had 4.10/4.11 I guess you did. can the carrier be the culprit?

I was able to re-use the original 3.73 carrier by going with a thick cut ring gear. I also replaced the clutch packs in the Traclok LSD, and replaced the right side axle bearing/seal because the seal was leaking.
I think its odd that 9 out of 10 times I read a post about vibes 4.56 is always the ratio, is it a thick cut gear thing?
I hope not. But if it is, a new Detroit Truetrac, Revo gears will be replacing it. I may be living in the RV, as my wife will not be happy.

Naw, I wouldn't subject Rob to this horror. He's moved on anyway. I have some talent pool to pull from. @Indy has the tools and know how, and my co-worker has the patience. If we re-do this again the setup will be perfect, or else!
