Just put everything back together after a heater core change & apparently I threw this in my back seat during disassembly. At this point I’m just curious I guess. Piece of foam that looks like it caps something.

Ive had everything except the dash apart and I have never seen it before. I'm thinking its part of the HVAC system.

I thought that might be it, tried to fit it on one but it didn’t go. & why the hell do I only have one? Didn’t have one on either side putting it back together.

Gonna let Jesus take the wheel on this one & see what happens.

Just fyi the last time I didn't reinstall one a litter of kittens was immediately run over by a speeding car...the choice is yours my friend
