Power steering leak from cap?

Hey everyone, looking for some insight here.

The last two times I've gone wheeling in my TJ i noticed at the end of the day when I popped my hood to connect my air compressor that there was power steering fluid blown on to the under side of the hood.

There was fluid on the cap and the top of the fluid reservoir, and inspecting the lines I didn't notice any fluid leaks there. So it appears that power steering fluid is being blown out of the cap? Is this a sign of a bad cap that needs replacement or could it be something else more serious?

Are you sure it's power steering fluid and not coolant.
Coolant is known to leak out of the overflow bottle when offroading.
If it is PS fluid, have you checked the level?

Hmmm now you have me thinking. I checked the power steering fluid level and it seemed fine. The coolant overflow is right in the same area too.

Is the coolant overflow leak usually caused by off camber terrain sloshing fluid around out of the reservoir because I always watch my temp gauge and it never got hot?

I attached a clear plastic hose to my coolant bottle and routed it down so it wouldn't puke on my nice clean engine bay. It takes a pretty big hose, 3/4" IIRC and a zip tie cinched up tight since the outlet nipple is square and a clamp won't work.
