Has anyone ordered parts from Quadratec? If so, how was the service? I have read some not so good things about them. Most of the negative reviews I have read were from around 2013, so maybe they have gotten better? I am going to be ordering some front and rear bumpers. They have a nice promotion running on Rugged Ridge products. Any info on the Rugged Ridge RRC line wouls also be appreciated. Any thoughts fellas?

I've ordered from them numerous times since 2007 and have had good experience with their customer service. I tend to price shop before buying and the items I've bought have been competitively priced. One thing I've notice is that the least expensive shipping option often gets my order to me at or sooner than the estimate for expedited shipping.

New Jeep owner as of 2 weeks now (2006 Rubicon). Ordered floormats and door straps from Quadratec, no issues, great service.

ordered from them 3 times, got my products in two days but I am also in PA and not far from them. prices were comparable to what I saw elsewhere for the items I purchased.
one item was defective and they send me a replacement part instantly and did not charge any add'l shipping. they were fast to respond to me email as well. no complaints from my limited experience.

The only recent issue that I've had with Quadratc is a deceptive/misleading advertising banner. I've had their LED Taillights on my Amazon wish list for awhile. I was on their site last month
and saw this banner:

That got me all excited so I went to find the light and clicked on the link only to find that they had not been reduced. They were still listed as $139.99.

I called and asked about them, and didn't get an answer. Then I contacted Rick who said that at this time it is only for "select" Quadratec branded LED lighting. He said he made the VP of Marketing aware of the situation, and offered a slightly discounted price. I said I hoped that he could understand my confusion between the banner saying "all" and their intent of "select". He responded by saying he understood the the confusion, and that the VP of Sales was also confused and went right to the Web & Marketing teams to have it updated.

Clearly, it still has not been updated as I just copied that banner today.
