To be clear, playing with the shifter stopped the noise, not removing the drive shaft, right? +1 for the Savvy shifter.

I’ve got the cable one from Stienjager. It’s been amazing so far I think it just needs small adjusting

I’ve got the stienjager shift cable assembly and it has worked fantastic I just need to adjust it more I suppose. It’s been much quieter and better riding since it’s not longer 10% in 4WD

Sorry it double posted. Playing with the shifter got it resolved. Removing the driveshaft was just to lubricate it

Well after adjusting the cable the Jeep drives amazing. Guess over time it was slowly partially catching 4WH. Fairly easy to adjust.
