Rear sway bar issue

I have been working on a few things and came across this. The bolt head is about 1/2 inch into the bushing. The sleeve is exposed on the other side. Should I just put a bearing puller or something on it and push it through? Probably means a new bushing?

I tried squeezing with a c-clamp and working it that way.

Trying to think through options before cutting the bolt.

Can you unbolt the link from the frame and then take a large hammer and beat the link off?

I will give it a shot in the morning. The nut and bolt on the frame end are soaking in pb blaster as I couldn't get it to budge earlier.

I ended up going back to the c-clamp and managed to press it pretty easily. Tbh, I am not sure why I was struggling with it yesterday. I guess sometimes we just need to bounce it off the ether and get some shut eye. Thanks, @P man for the karma.

What kind of bolt do they have there? The oem bolt is a shouldered bolt with a large head if I recall.

And yes I have learned that alot of times if you walk away from something and come back with a clear head it falls apart/together

I am going to replace and add washers.

Dealt with the same thing with my rear links. I think they were Rough Country’s. They sent like half of the amount of washers necessary for the install. I hit mine a few times with a hammer to keep them in place before replacing the hardware and adding washers on both sides.
