Reliable fuel pump brand?

I replaced my 2006 oem pump assembly before it failed, but it has 160k on it.
I kept it for a spare, but should I rebuild/replace any parts on it or just leave it on the shelf till I decide to trash it?

If you're gonna throw it out, nothing. You could do the check valve and pump itself and maybe save a few bucks for an entire new assembly should you need one.

I just bought a spare Bosch one from RA to keep on the shelf.

275K on the original so far...

I'd keep it if the gauge was still working OK. You can always just replace the pump in it.

Bosch made the MOPAR ones.

They also made the OEM one in my YJ. It went 275K or so before it was not able to keep up with WOT flow.

For what it's worth in 2013 I replaced the pump with a Airtex from Advance Auto parts .
Seems to work fine this entire time , and at the time it was built in the USA .

Maybe put the floor access panel in and try the Delphi. If it craps out, easy swap.

The GenRight kit costs more than a fuel pump. I guess I could buy the $40 Ebay pump then. ;)
