Rhythmic squeaking coming from rear end

Hi y’all!

So I’m trying to nail down what exactly is causing a rhythmic squeaking when driving. I’ve got a 2000 4.0 sport, but with a 2003 rubi rear axle(thus full rotors). Ever since it started about a month ago, whenever I drive the Jeep I hear it, matching the exact speed of the vehicle. Once I hit about 35-40 I can no longer hear it, but that very well may be due to the loudness of my Jeep at those speeds.

So what would be causing that noise? It’s definitely coming from the rear, and I’m almost positive it’s the rear passenger side. When engaging the brakes it’s still there not changing sound, if anything getting a little louder. Is a brake pad partially engaged, or dislodged? Or a partially seized caliper, warped rotor? Any advice would be appreciated, and please ask for more info if I didn’t provide enough

IF the problem were with the brake pads; the sound would go away....
I would check the condition of the driveshaft U joint;
Inspect the area around the axle bearing and the pinion bearing for leaks and signs of overheating.

What Charles said. A bad U joint will squeek like you describe even when not obviously loose.
