Rock lite wiring

Figuring out wiring placement for a set of (12) "Rock Lites" (Mud Lites? Dirt road lites?). They come with a very nice pre-configured harness - it is, unfortunately to my thinking, a star arrangement rather than a daisy chain, but it is what it is. It looks like it will reach everywhere I need it to, blah, blah, blah.

So - it would be vastly easier if - in "certain locations" - I could stick the wiring in place with an industrial mastic material; and tye wrap it in others. Does anyone see any negatives to this? I don't see anything wrong with the idea if I use "good stuff", but I don't know everything either so if this is a monumentally bad idea (tm), please advise...

They're currently temporaried in place with the wiring lying on the ground - I'm going to go out after dark and see how my positioning is and see if I can improve it or not.

I bought a set of Dicknos and was planning on using magnetic tape to install them.

Maybe when I'm really happy with where I place them then I'll move up to bolts and nutserts.

These are magnetic thanx to a 3d printed adapter I found on Thingiverse. Works rather well, although I have to put some tape on the magnets so there won't be any metal on metal contact.

Nothing magnetic in the rear fenderwell, so the lite was just sitting on top of the tire.

I got plenty of lights, so why not? As far as the harness goes, I'm not particularly a fan either, a daisy chain would have been easier to deal with I think. With that said, the harness seems well made.

Same guy who designs motorhome harnesses, I have 40’ harness shoved in a 26’ coach.

Nope, nope, and nope. Just plain ol' white lites...

Mine do. I'm serious. I removed all the interior lights and replaced them with 255 color option LED too. Rock lights, step lights, engine lights, and underglow, all 255 LEDS. It was all professionally installed, and controllable from an app on my Samsung cellphone. I had them waterproofed too. Each set has it's own control module. I got bored with the white lights and I can set a new color mood in about ten seconds. They are switch controlled except the interior lights, which work naturally. I do use red or blue because I'm told that is for emergency vehicles. I wouldn't flash them either because that is distracting and probably illegal. But, I'm ready in case I want to go cruising on the boulevard. lol. I don't though, it's really just to make me smile.
