Free, but ships in a padded flat rate for 12 bucks. This is a supposedly good used actuator. I had what was likely the last NIB actuator in existence. A buddy needed one to get his Rubi back on the road in a hurry. The deal was he would replace mine in kind. After a year of me bothering him about it, this is what I got. We are no longer buddies.
