What is the length of shock that should be used with the 4inch lift ( rockjock ce-9131 rear and ce-9132 front springs assuming I have it setup to utilize the full travel of the spring. I have the jeep completely torn down at the moment so modifying and outboarding can easily be done and would like to order shocks. I'm thinking smooth body fox with dsc from accutune unless someone has a better option.

Same length as a short arm. And just like a short arm, don't do any outboarding until you know the final ride height.
Several of us have been able to fit 11" up front and 12" in the rear. Some of us are still on short arms while the others are on midarms.
I don’t have personal experience but several have had success with Alltech.

Definitely, I would call Wayne at alltechmotorsports.com. You won't get through probably for a few weeks though with KOH so soon.
Was just reading some earlier posts on this and looks like that's the place to go to.
If you can get your tune from AllTech, you will be in good shape.
Fox shocks, and likely others, were very hard to find the last couple years, but maybe that has finally let up (I hope so!).
