Should I be worried about this?

Little update: I checked the car today and it looked great. I took it to a local 4x4 shop for an inspection and the car for sure needs to be fixed up a bit. Probably about 2k-3k in problems. Unless I were to get this TJ for a really low price, I don’t think I’ll be going for it. It needs new tires along with multiple leaks, the brake line needed an extension because it kinda was just dangling due to the lift, and then there were a few other things. I attached video so you guys can see. Had to rush it so sorry about not going more detailed.

If taken care of the 4.0 is good for at least 200k+. I bought my LJ with 135k and wasn’t at all worried.

The red TJ looks like a solid rig but that seems overpriced. One thing I would question is the steering setup.
