Specific Differences Between Sahara and Rubicon Models

I did a search and came up with a few different threads. Is there another thread other than the Sahara Rubicon for sale thread? I am trying to determine if I want to take my stock Sahara to the Rubicon level using only the stock parts or the equivalents. Any help at all would be most appreciated.

Dana 44 front and rear axle, Disc brakes on rear, 4.10 gears, Lockers and 4:1 transfer case. You can build it better than a Rubicon with aftermarket parts depending on budget.
