So they replaced the steering damper?

If you have a bad control arm bushing, I’d replace it for sure. You dont want any play there

Lee Schwab had said the steering stabilizer was the problem. They were wrong and refunded some of the $80 parts and labor. Will the rear lower control arms cause sway?

The LCA is bad..go a head and replace it. It may not be your problem but it is bad.
