Steering woes; Pulling in one direction when moving

Well changed both callipers, brakes have initial bite and stop the jeep when I first press them as normal but as I hold them down for longer once I have stopped (at traffic lights for example) the Pedal starts to bottom out and all stopping power disappears and vehicle starts to roll. I had to get home using the clutch and hand brake every time I was in traffic on an inclined slope

Sounds like there is air in the system. Bleed the brakes.

They have been bleed a few times now, could it be anything else? brake pedal feels normal initially but slowly sinks to the floor under constant pressure

Sounds dumb but verify you don’t have the calipers swapped on each side. It is possible. The bleeder needs to be towards the top.

Air in the system is not intermittent. It presents as a spongy pedal and that doesn't change.

That does not sound like a bleed problem. Unless you are seeing fluid on the floor, that sounds like a master cylinder problem.

yeah pedal is not spongy when first using them to stop, they work and feel totally normal, its after i have stopped it feels like something else kicks in and the pedal starts to slowly sink to the bottom all the way until hey are no longer working at stopping. Wouldn't fancy my chances in steep uphill traffic right now,

cant see any leaks on the floor or around the front or rear brakes, and fluid level look topped up.

I have shared some photos above the rubber seal on the cap seems fine but there does appear to be alot of fluid around the master cylinder but no puddles, could it be losing pressure somewhere ? I cant drive at all now as the issue has gotten worse where the brakes seems to lose their bit right away last time I tried. The brake light also started blinking too. My wrangler does have ABS btw

It was going to cost me over £100 to tow my jeep back to the nearest mechanic which is around the same price a new master cylinder so I decided to order one and fit it myself. Bench bleed it and fitted late this afternoon now working perfectly, will bleed the entire system tomorrow when the right kit arrives.
