Update:
I didn't technically get the issue fixed.
I bought an LJ and have been busy swapping TJ parts over into the LJ.
I DID however write down all arm lengths, caster angles, etc.
So as soon as the LJ is driveable (tomorrow), I'm going to go back and cross-reference some things to see IF/WHAT my issue was on the TJ.
Currently, I'm leaning towards a steering-gearbox related issue.
On the jackstands, the TJ steering was significantly more difficult to steer than the LJ.
The LJ now has all of the steering components that 'were' on the TJ, and the entire steering feels better.
The TJ is back completely stock now, and is on all factory/OEM arms.
so if the issue remains, the gearbox is culprit #1.
I'm going to loosen the steering gearbox a bit and see if that relieves some of the problem.
Will report back when I have enough information to make a somewhat accurate "cause".
