Alright, so everyone wants a little more power to get there Jeep down the road and I wanna weigh my options on what might be the best method. What are some of the best current options for engine swaps, stroker, turbo and supercharger kits and what pros and cons have you experienced with each?

That, but what exactly do you mean more power to go down the road? I'll cut right to the chase; what size tires do you have with what gearing and what transmission?

It's an 05 LJ 6 speed sitting on 35s. I need to jack up the rear end and see if the previous owner actually swapped the stock 3.73s out or not so I'm not sure on gearing rn.

Good stuff. To expound a little, extra power can adjust what gearing you should shoot for considering highway driving a *bit.* My stroker with a 5 speed, 33s, and 4.10 gearing is perfect on the highway. I can set the cruise for 80 and drive up and down WV hills all day long without having to downshift. A 4.0 couldn't swing that. For off-road though, it's a terrible crawl ratio in 4 low with an NP231. Sand/mud excluded.

It can't fix 3.73s with 35s in the highway though, and would be horrible off-road.

Between those four choices I would do a V8 swap, either hemi or GM 5.3. With those you get factory reliability, whereas with the others you're getting increased complexity and power beyond what it was designed to produce.

I have a manual trans LJ on 35s with 4.88 and have no complaints from a power standpoint. I wouldn't mind getting some better mpg but mostly just for the range, and a big ass tank from genright is cheaper.
