It's worth the hassle to go out and look at the thread that @Serbonze attempted to link to. The pictures are pretty good because they show what you need to do to get a larger tire to work with the gas can on the back and the tire off set.

Checked it out, great looking bumper. The same guy has a great, albeit loooong, write up on his trailer which is also a must read if looking into something similar.
