I watched that and initially wondered where was the fire. Then I realized the liquid hadn't turned to vapor, and then it did.
I find it hard to believe that amount of LNG or LPG was in one truck.
But…I don’t know shit about it.
In orders of magnitude, when water turns to steam, its volume increases a thousand fold. Probably similar with LNG. An explosion with steam is caused by the compressed/superheated water flashing off to steam.
I used to have a picture of a brick elementary school, where the 80 gallon gas fired water heater exploded. 80 turned into 80,000 instantly. Bricks walls were destroyed, but nobody was hurt.

Blue, 26, called the stunt earlier this month a “breeding mission” and posted a YouTube video Sunday titled “BONNIE BLUE IS PREGNANT.”
The controversial creator, whose legal name is Tia Billinger, shared a positive pregnancy test and an ultrasound during the video.
“Guys, I am definitely pregnant…like, fully pregnant. So, I’m going to have to ChatGPT what to do next, because I’m actually not quite sure,” she said at one point. “Oh, is that a baby? That’s actually crazy.”
In the video, Blue said she decided to take the pregnancy test after dealing with headaches and nausea on a trip to Spain. She also shared a TikTok video in which she declared, “Just because I’m pregnant, I’m not gonna forget to rage bait.”
Blue previously drew the headlines and outrage she wanted by sleeping with more than 1,000 men in 12 hours and by getting arrested in Bali and deported from Indonesia last year. She later announced the “breeding mission” and said she took DNA samples from all 400 men in case she needed to find out who the father was.
“I tried to get pregnant for years with my ex-partner and really, really struggled, and I’d have to go down the IVF route,” she told US Weekly in June 2025. “I wish I could say I might get pregnant, however, I’m not in that position where I can fall pregnant naturally.”
