Is it me , or do any of you guys ever get in the TJ , and everything is perfect. The sun is at your back, the temperature, the humidity , the song on the radio...you just don't want it to end.

I've had that happen a few times lately.

Here in North Alabama , 5-7 pm lately has been really fine.

That's the hottest time of the day in Portland, OR. Seriously. I mostly minimize driving during that time as much as I can. But later after it's cooled down is nice.

My favorite Jeep time is actually in the winter mornings driving through the heavy fog that we get here in the mornings. Makes me feel like I'm in some adventure though I'm just going to work 🤣

Of course I love top down in the sunny spring weather too. I'll never forget my first drive with the top off. Yes, I just wrote that 😁

For us it between 7 and 8 and yes it's awesome! You just want to drive.

Just before daybreak is my perfect time and it's amplified if I'm up in the mountains or out in the desert.

Early mornings are where its at.

Otherwise in the afternoon its either 95 with no AC and a sweaty back or a thunderstorm and water is pooling in the back because of the safari top

I got caught in an ice storm on a dirt bike in late August in Silverton Colorado... I was pretty sure I was going to freeze to death in summertime.

I came so close to having hypothermia they put me in a hot shower.

Colorado is heaven on Earth , but it ain't no joke , got to be prepared

Summer time morning drives to work, top down, sun rising, temps are cool but not cold. Five Finger Death Punch blasting! Life is good!
That's what I'm talking about...

Happens to me all the time! Windows down, radio up! 🤘

The stock FM radio seems to be particularly good at playing the perfect music. I've got the same stations on presets in my Subaru, but it never has anything good on.

For me, the morning before 10am is perfect for driving the Jeep. Temps in the 60's and low humidity! The problem comes in the afternoon when it's 100 and I'm sitting in traffic. Because of that, I pick my days when I choose to drive the Wrangler and I usually just wait for a cool day when it's going to be below 93 or so. Most of the time I drive it in the Spring and Fall. Late October is nice when it's generally in the low 80's.

Yes! During late day drives here in Ohio lately the weather just hasn't seemed like usual July/August brutality. My wife even commented the other day that it feels more like Fall. She wouldn't have believed me if I said, "it's the Jeep effect, babe." I can just drive with nowhere in particular in mind and just "be happy." Lovin it!

I felt that way on my way home from work today. I had the top off, windows down, music up loud, and my newly fixed A/C pumping into the cab for shits and giggles.

All the time, I have JKU 16, but when we drive the 01 TJ I tell my family we are taking the real jeep out. Any time I'm out in the TJ
driving with the family and my kids get a wave is the perfect jeep time for them.

yes, and I predict it will happen again for me this coming Saturday in Pennsylvania Coal Country, looks to be the kind of weekend I won't want to come back from:
