The Silver Fox LJ Build

I had to add a 1/4 inch spacer under the passenger side to get things where I wanted them. I ended up with 6 1/8 inch up on one side and six up on the other side. I got the brakes bled in the rear. Of course, I’ll have to do all that again when I put on the BBK here in the next couple weeks, but I took it for a drive. I’ll be lowering the front about an inch. Well, at least I got it out and washed it all up. So much angle grinder metal everywhere covering this thing. I’m sure I’m gonna have to seriously vacuum the inside. My wheelbase before was 102.5 and now it's 103.5", so I'm happy about that. The departure angles don't seem that bad given the LJ's extra length behind the back tire.

Looks awesome love the rear wheel well cut!

So you can just cut off the sticky-outy part of the old swar bar bracket instead of getting it off the axle tube 🤔 that looks way easier than what I was thinking

If you cut the sway bar mount off vertically flush to the edge of the spring seat, the remaining chunk tends to disappear instead of looking like something was chopped off.

Good to know we'll see if I can finesse something like that...
