Thoughts on MSD Ignition Coil Rail?

Cute cartoon however, water injection has been around for decades I have a snow performance system with a #2 fine mist nozzle directly mounted into the SC that is vacuum controlled via it's own computer. The unit is very effective in cooling the charge down, deionized water is best because there are zero minerals to cause corrosion.
I used water injection in a twin turbo twin intercooled setup in an Audi S4. Indeed it helped reduce the temps and did produce more usable torque and horsepower. I also had intercooler misters plumbed. Never confirmed whether that helped or not. I have the dyno charts saved someplace. The Long Island roads were too short to make good use of the gobs of torque. She became a driveway queen and ultimately was sold to someone down south. Miss that car.

Water injection is a powerful thing when it's done right and it will clean your engine internally.
I run essential oils in my rear diff.
yep, it makes a big difference ! this is my my 2.5 after adding water injection, cold air intake and electric fan. I'm going to add a turbo soon.
Water injection has been around many years, it was used extensively on US WWII bombers to increase their power so they could carry heavy bomb loads at high altitudes. It's still used today on some aircraft to increase power. It does cause the engine to run substantially cleaner.

I know water/meth injection works. It seems like most run a 50/50 water-meth injection to fight off corrosion from the water, or maybe its water fights off corrosion from the meth.
What supercharger or kit do you have?Is that benefit actually listed on the tin? If not, I feel like they've missed out on a marketing angle...

I have the same problem but it's not just kids now for me. My VA hearing doctor got us both laughing recently when after my last hearing test she said 'you're right, you really can't hear worth a shit now can you.' True story.
The thing I love the most about goobers on the internet is their extreme ability to stay in context.
I bought one when my OEM ignition coil rail failed. I saw no difference in performance. But it was red. Months later while still chasing down a misfire problem I changed it out for a Standard Motors ignition coil rail. Again, no difference in performance. My misfire problem was finally traced to a worn #1 cylinder ring when I finally broke down and took the beast to the garage.
The Standard Motors ignition coil was installed on the replacement motor. I still have the MSD ignition coil. I will sell it to you or one of your buddies for half the price of a new unit. Interested?
