So I am going to be putting an SYE in my transfer case and while it’s is open is there any good preventive maintenance I should do so I won’t have to reopen the case in the future?

Tera-Low was a 4:1 conversion for the 231 that blew up the planetaries after 6 or 7 years. No longer made or supported. What you linked is a 2-Lo conversion that allows you to go into low range with the front driveshft still disconnected.
Blasted newbies always get their terminology mixed up! Yea, the 2-lo is what I really meant!Thats not Tera-Low

I have a 1997 with nearly 200k granted those are pretty much all highway milesI just had mine open yesterday doing the SS SYE. Everything looked brand new inside. For reference, 2005, 84,000 miles, 231. Some people replace the chain. I didn't see a need to.
Don’t know if you need it, but if you want peace of mind...I have a 1997 with nearly 200k granted those are pretty much all highway miles
So is regearing a case even an option or are you just looking at swapping it out for lower 4 low gearing?
