Transmission Clunk When Engaging Clutch

Okay so I've had this problem for a while now where when I engage and sometimes disengage the clutch, I hear a clunk noise. The sound is coming from the transmission. Could it be the clutch or the actual transmission? Thoughts? We checked every possible thing that could be causing this, driveshaft, loose bolts, etc... but the sound is coming from inside of the transmission.

We did install a crappy clutch not gonna lie

Really would like to solve this issue, wanna drive this thing without clunks! :)

I'm not sure by the video....but are ya dead sure it isn't a I joint and does it do it on the ground.
 
The @ signal notifies him...he will have good, logical input. Keep an eye on it. Looks like a nice shop you have.
