Updated my headlights with some Craigslist find Hella H4 headlights and a Hella relay harness. The bulbs are some sort of GE 60/55w bulbs that were already in them, I’m having a hard time finding the model number online to give me more information about them. I think they might be Tungsram (which is GE of Europe). I mounted the 2 relays using the 2 mounting bolts on the front of the fuse/relay enclosure. I removed the mounting bracket that came with the relay harness that was attached to both relays, each relay has a metal tab on it that matched up perfect with the fuse/relay enclosure mounting holes. This allowed the relays to tuck up under the enclosure. Since they are mounted horizontally I used some Molykote grease on the connectors to keep water out. Anyway, it was a very nice improvement from the factory sealed beams and only spent ~$55 for both the Hella H4’s and the Hella relay harness. The harness is very nice for $34, found it on Amazon. The listing on Amazon does not have pictures of the Hella harness but if you look at the reviews everyone states that they received a Hella harness, myself included. Living in the midwest this seemed like the best option considering that LED’s don’t handle the ice and snow well.
