what alignment specs warrant an alignment?

Went to a shop to get alignment checked and they said it all looks good except my toe is about +0.02. I saw a thread a while back that your toe should be within .015 on either side. My question is does this toe warrant me getting an alignment? I would probably do it myself rather than pay them another $100 (I had them align it two months ago).

.15 per side/.30 total toe-in is the toe-in spec.

Adjusting the toe-in so the fronts of the tires are 1/16" to 1/8" closer together than the rears will accomplish that.
