What did you do to fix your P0300 code?

I know this has been discussed many times, but I wanted to ask every with 2005-2006 4.0 jeeps, if you had this code, what was the final solution to correct it. I realize these jeeps are getting older, the plastic, wiring, rubber, etc., so curious specifically what you did that corrected it. Thanks
 
On the 05, 06 it could be a bad OPDA.

Also, the 05, 06 PCMs are junk, although the usual codes are for O2 heaters. Other symptoms: gauges dropping out, Jeep glitching off.
