What did you do to your TJ today?

I recently installed the Borla 14924 cat back kit with a length of 2.25" SS tube added on my '04 LJ. It's not as quiet as I expected. So far I've covered the rear floor with Dynamat and am planning to do the rear wheel tubs next.

Man where can I get one of those custom tag holders ?

Man where can I get one of those custom tag holders ???? I bet Sgt Hill would like that :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

You sir are a big ol’ pervert. You know I am over here sucking rocks to survive in Alabama, a pitiful existence.

We were so poor growing up we could not afford a dog- My brother had to run out and bark at cars that pulled up.

I was running the Banks Monster and the Borla was 1" thinner. I figured it would tuck nice with my tummy tuck.
It does, but the sound level is similar to the Banks. I should have tried to find an OEM muffler. Probably still will later.

That looks great!
You might try using a Mother’s Power Ball on your drill when you polish your wheels. I used it on the aluminum wheels on both my motorhome & the F-350 that I used to have. The polish (really it was wax) was ProtectAll which is an RV polish/wax, but it works great on everything. ‘Really easy & the aluminum wheels looked almost like chrome. People even asked me if I was using simulators. Admittedly, my wheels weren’t too far gone or damaged in any way. They just came out really nice using the Power Ball. ‘Sorry, no pics, but they don’t do it justice anyway.

Yes I have one I just can’t seem to put my hands on it-

I will look into that polish you mentioned

Thanks for posting this. (y)

Just ordered these myself.

I have LED headlights on my Jeep, and to be honest they kinda suck.

Hoping these will be an improvement.

At $14 total, they are most definitely worth trying them out.

I like them so much I bought a spare set when they were on sale for $25. Even if you hate them, the harness/relay kit is quality. Also worth getting some hella 80/100 bulbs.

Do you have more info on the harness that comes with them? I love the Auxbeam LED headlights I have and have been considering upgrading the harness so they get good clean power.

Got the Antirock installed that has been setting in my garage since February. The frame bushings were a serious PITA. I had to improvise with the end links until I can get new ones ordered (bought the Antirock used). I'm impressed for the $200 total that I have in this; I had to buy new bushings and hardware kit.

I can't tell much of a difference with the sway. I can tell it seems to handle bumps a lot better than with the factory sway bar. I also need to figure out where I'm rubbing now at full right turn lock. It may be the bastard end link since it doesn't rub at full lock to the left.

Probably be best to store your rig during the winter months

I’m curious, what’s the reasoning for wrapping the piping after the muffler? I wrapped the post headers, up pipe, and down pipe to reduce intake temps.

Store it during winter...🤔 Yeah probably not going to happen.

I did do some reading on their website and the one they recommend for use on offroad vehicles is the Exo Series Black because of the dual material. It holds up better to impacts and scraping. I did a bunch of reading so I can't remember exactly where I read it, but coat the exhaust pipe with their Hi-Temp Silicone Coating Spray . They also suggest spraying the wrap after wrapping the exhaust.

The only reason I could think of to wrap muffler back is keeping heat away from the floorboard when you do a tummy tuck. It's not my picture so I can't speak to his reasoning.
