What did you do to your TJ today?

If it isn't seamless it isn't strong 😆. I'd recommend schedule 80 seamless. (Joking)

We use schedule 80 seamless at work for HPCO2 and Vortex systems that have 2400-2800 PSI of discharge pressure.

I like the 40 flexibility and its ability to rebound. The thin wall allows for me to heat the threads if needed 🤦‍♂️

Well ya know!!!!!

Mine need replaced as well. Can you explain the process of doing this like what tools, etc. I’ll need? I watched a video on how to do it but it I’m a little intimated by it.

Its very simple I chopped off the old terminals with a set of cutters. Sliced off the insulation off with a razor blade slid the wire lug over the exposed wire. Crimped them on with a set of crimpers made sure they were on there securely. Electrical taped the wire end(or you could use heat shrink) connecter, Slid them onto the new terminals tightened everything down and done.

I used this type of crimpers https://www.lowes.com/pd/Klein-Tool...r-Connectors/5014400307?gStoreCode=2785&gQT=1
And this type of cutter https://www.acehardware.com/solid-joint-pliers/2414894?store=19102&gStoreCode=19102&gQT=1

I hope this helps

Nice. Just ordered. You guys are the champs at spending my money.:giggle:

Woohoo! The complaints about the dies being slightly off (from what's inscribed on them) are correct... But that thing smashes so damn hard it really doesn't matter.

Replaced my rustys lower control arm bushings on the axle side with Clayton girro bushings , suprised the original (assuming moog) didn’t last more than 2 years. Also changed the oil , diff fluid , and tightened up all the rustys flex joints.

Going to end up scrapping the rustys front lower control arms for some homemade DOM ones with Currie Johnny joints. They are the only things left of the rustys longarm setup .

I went for a ride to one of my step-sons, to return a pistol, and on the way back I started hearing some pinion bearing noise...again. When I bought the Jeep in December, after extensive test driving with no noise, I get it home and within 25 miles (after the 30 mile drive home) I get pinion bearing noise. I get it fixed bc I don't have the proper tools to work on gears. All is well for probably 800 miles.... which was today, and I hear the noise again. I crawl under it and sure enough, it has some side to side motion. I jack it up, start it up, gear it up, and grab my trusty screwdriver/stethoscope. Definitely bearing noise. I call the garage that fixed it previously (Yes, I trust them) and of course he won't commit to anything without listening to it himself, so, Thursday a.m. appt. He guarantees workmanship, but doesn't know about the bearing warrantee, so we'll see what happens. Reading threads here, i know to look for Timken or Koyo.
After learning I'm not going anywhere for a couple of days I decided to add some cheap LED backup lights that I used to have on one of my motorcycles. Last night I realized... my backup lights SUCK. Lol
