Finished rebuilding the control arm ends. I’ve only owned the LJR for a few months, blame the PO for the terrible shape they were in. Ironically, the worst one was the last one I changed.
A TJ autopsy. That would've made some great time-lapse content.
Mike, how long until you’re back!,making any new changes?
Thanks, I do have a few pics on here over the last few years of being a member.... Im getting my TJ ready for a Christmas roadie with my youngest daughter.... heading down to the south island to see my parents and sister..Think its about 1500 miles there and back.. the scenery down there is just stunning. So watch this spaceI admire your patience , I bet you have a lot of beautiful spots there to explore and I would love to see pictures of where you live.
Now I'm blaming you for not throwing those RE arms in the trash and buying decent ones (or going back to stock).Finished rebuilding the control arm ends. blame the PO for the terrible shape they were in.
Walked into the shop/garage this morning and told Sport I would drive it this long holiday weekend!!!!!!
Mr. Cooper, your avatar is scaring me.
p.s. Did you have a TV show called "Hanging with Mr. Cooper"?
If they made a show about me, it would be "Hanging Mr. Cooper"
Dont tell us.... this all started with a simple tire rotation !! haha
Trying to solve death wobble...
I consulted the local jeep group about your problem. They suggested going with a double steering stabilizer.
I thought they recommended a Metalcloak lock n load system?
Purchased a used hardtop And a used bed rug carpet. Hardtop had some small cracks. Tried flex-seal on them. Let see how it goes.

Carpet looks great. Mods like that (an the new Trektop I just put on) makes everything else look like it needs to be replaced. Once I put the Trektop on and painted the underside, it was clear I need new seats...
It's an endless out of control spiral
What seat covers?
