I finished up my "mounts" refresh. M.O.R.E. 1" Motor Mount Lift, Genright body mount lift kit, all new bound mount bushings and hardware, and Savvy 1.25" body lift. I wasn't expecting to feel a difference, but I am shocked at how noticeable these updates are from the driver's seat. The Jeep feels tighter and more responsive now. I bought the highest-price torsion rubber version of the M.O.R.E motor lift mount and feel zero new vibration compared to the OEM motor mounts.
Existing bent OEM brackets, dry rotted body mounts, and sub 1" plastic puck lift.
This bracket and body mount were bent badly backward; I did some redneck engineering and used the winch to straighten the tub. It worked perfectly but had a pucker factor of 10.5 out of 10.
Finished Genright body mount lift install.
Savvy 1.25" lift pucks to replace the squished plastic pucks from before. Going from not quite 1" to 1.25" is a bigger change than I was expecting. Savvy pucks seem top-notch. I now have six extra if someone is in the market for a few of them...
M.O.R.E. 1" motor mount lift. The fan shroud was hitting the fan blades after installing the Genright body mount brackets, and the shroud was already down against the hose with no adjustment left. The previous owner had installed ~.6" plates under the OEM mounts, and the OEM mounts had degraded 1/8". Going to the 1" lifted mounts recentered the fan perfectly and I feel no new vibration so all is good.
