Went camping in the Cooper's Creek area. Explored a lot of forest service roads and found some very cool campsites. Found a very steep climb at the end of one of the trails. I was the only two door so I was the only one to climb it. It was a walk in the park for the TJ. Turning around at the top was a little dicey, but I was imagining throttling through at the first hint of a tip over. Fortunately did not have to test that theory out.
Walking down the Appalachian Trail to the "swinging bridge".
Testing out each other's queasy threshold.
Kayakers exiting the river to check the rapids under the bridge. They do this trip every year. We hung around to watch them. It was fun cheering them on and they made it successfully and cheering them on for entertaining us if they rolled over. It was a win-win for us.
