Built a tailgate table for camping. More about this on my build thread.

I did this yesterday on my 02. The passenger side mount took longer than the driver side mount and BL combined. Ended up just pulling the entire assembly off the side of the engine and pulling the whole thing out from underneath.Installed savvy body lift and brown dog mml. Geez, that passenger side mount was a biaatch. Body lift...super easy, except I broke one of the rubber grill radiator bump stops
Re-painted the centre console and ammo box, this colour better matches the outside body colour.
Had some paint left over so I painted the frame around my old GPS to match too..

Hey you must have flipped that picture cause the steering wheel is on the wrong side.
That’s a pretty good match.
If you stand on your head it looks correct haha
Hey that really works
Yeah 3rd time lucky...my TJ doesn't have a paint code on the sticker in the door jam so it was a bit of hit and miss....happy as a dog with 2 tails now though
Put my soft top windows and door uppers back on. Supposed to get cold and rain again this week.
That’s why I wait till Fathers Day.
I don't take my soft top off. Just the windows. I even was smart this last time I took things off, and just rolled the back window up. LOL So just had to put the 2 zipper windows in and unroll the back one. Uppers are the easiest of them all though. LOL
In all honesty, the temps aren't to bad to keep the back windows off, in the afternoons. It's just that I drive to work at 1am and sometimes come home at 6am. Those temps are the reason I put them back on.
Replaced the shift boot and mirrors and attempted to replace the HVAC control. I received the wrong part for the HVAC.

What brand mirrors did you get? How's the quality?
Trying to decide which brand to get for my half door project.
I got the Bestop Highrock mirrors that are the 03-06 styling. I can't compare them to the OEM mirrors of that style, and they are completely different than the OEM 97-02 style mirrors.
Having said that, they are not bad. It was less than $100 for the pair. I went with the newer style because the whole mirror doesn't move, just the glass part inside the body of the mirror. I reckon that will be better in the wind than the style where the whole mirror moves and gets loose eventually.
The OEM mirrors were hit by hail. View attachment 93536
